are you drinking enough?

i've started drinking 1.5 liters once I wake up, then around another 1 - 2 liters during the day. it's been a month and i'm goin strong mainly because I've noticed a lot of changes. just keep the intake closer to the daytime rather than night. nothing worse than waking up from a fun dream to use the loo.
